What we collect

The contact form. Your name, email address, the website address you give us, and your message. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else. They are stored in our email and, if you become a client, in the client portal.

The client portal. Clients’ names, business addresses, email addresses, invoices and support history, kept for as long as the client relationship lasts and for the period the tax law requires afterwards. Payments are processed by the payment provider named on the invoice; we do not store card numbers.

Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. The data is anonymised where the tool allows and is not used to identify you. You can opt out with the browser setting that blocks analytics, or with Google’s own opt-out tool.

Server logs. The web server records the address a request came from, the page requested and the time, for security and to diagnose problems. Logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and never for marketing.
  • We do not run advertising on this site and do not use advertising cookies.
  • We do not send a newsletter.
  • We do not collect health, financial or other sensitive information, and ask you not to put any in the contact form.

Cookies

The site sets the cookies WordPress needs to work and the analytics cookie described above. The client portal sets a cookie to keep you signed in. No other cookies are set by us.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@seopraxis.com. We answer within one business day and act within a month. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act; because this site does not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but the request route above applies.

Changes

This page is dated at the top. If it changes in a way that matters, the date changes and the change is described here.
