Optimization: Search, AI Answers, Speed and Accessibility, Measured

Optimization is the work of being found: in Google’s results, in the local map, and now in the answers that AI assistants give when someone asks who to call. We do it the way we do it on our own sites, and we measure it in your own Search Console, where you can see the same numbers we see.

What the program covers

The technical base. A site that loads in under a second on a phone, that every crawler can read, with the structured data that tells Google and the AI assistants what the business is, where it serves, and what it offers. Most sites we take over fail this before anything else; it is fixed in the first month.

Content for the questions your customers ask. Every month we write a small number of articles that answer what people in your trade or practice search for, with every fact cited to its source and dated. You approve the topics; we do the research and the writing. These are the pages that get found, and the pages an AI assistant can quote. Our own eight sites, with more than 900 such articles, are where we learned what works.

The AI answers. There is a great deal sold under this name, and most of it is the same work as good search optimization: clear pages, cited facts, structured data, a site that answers questions plainly. We do that work, we publish a machine-readable index of the answers on your site, and we report what we can see in Search Console. We do not promise a position in any assistant’s answer, because nobody can.

Speed and accessibility. Measured, not guessed: the real load time on a phone, the real accessibility checks against the public standard. Both affect ranking, and accessibility affects whether a demand letter arrives.

The quarterly refresh. Prices, hours, services and rules change. Every quarter we re-check the pages that carry dates and figures and bring them current, so the site never contradicts itself.

Reporting. Monthly, from Search Console and Analytics: the queries you appear for, the clicks, the pages that bring calls. In plain words, two minutes to read.

What we do not do

We do not buy links, submit your site to directories that exist only to sell listings, or write pages for cities you do not serve. We do not name a competitor in your copy. We do not guarantee a ranking, a number of leads, or a line in an AI answer; anybody who does is selling something else.

How long it takes

A new site, or one that has never been worked on, takes three to six months to show movement in Search Console and six to twelve to bring steady calls. The technical fixes show sooner; the articles compound. We say this before you sign, so that nobody is surprised at month two.

What it costs

A monthly program, sized to how many articles a month and how much reporting you want, on a sliding scale in writing after the free consultation. How we work explains what moves the price.
